Brink Hill, Memorial Day 2016, Part 3

We finished the day on the Finger Lakes Trail beginning from Brink Hill. It was not long before we sensed energy in the air and started looking for stone mounds.

Interestingly, I had a very unusual experience there. For a few seconds I blacked out. I did not fall down. It just seemed like someone turned the screen off I was watching--everything went black, and then I rebooted. It lasted only a few seconds. I was unaware during that time. Was it an out of body experience? Had my consciousness ascended to a higher plan? A pseudo near death experience? Or?

The only comparable experience I can think of is when I was  at the pyramids at Giza, in Egypt, 35 years ago. While I was riding around the pyramids on a horse I blacked out. The next thing I remember was finding myself about 150-200 yards from where I last remembered being. Again, my body functioned in the physical plane, but my mind was blacked out. I was not aware of anything during the time I was blacked out.

The stone mound was about 15 feet long and had a rectangular oblong shape. It covered a single series of 4 Earth Chakras.

Another wonderful day at HI Tor, always exciting, always enlightening. You never know what you will find, or what sort of spiritual experience you will have, as I have posted on this blog many times before. I hope that you visit the sacred mountains in HI Tor NYS DEC lands.

Brink Hill, Memorial Day 2016, Part 2

We found a very interesting stone mound near our destination point, the lean two, on this part of the trip.

The pictures below show a circular oblong shaped mound about 20 feet in length  and 4 to 5 feet high. Two series of 4 Earth Chakras each are located underneath, on either side of the mound.

What was interesting about this mound was that it had a dimpled, or dug out center, about 2 feet deep. The hollowed out center was very well preserved. Incredible.

We said a prayer and had a ceremony and spread some tobacco about.  Unfortunately, much of the mound is covered by poison ivy.

A larger stone towards one end of the sunken center appeared to be some sort of ceremonial seat. This is a guess; I only mention this because it was so much larger in comparison, and because of the way it was situated.

A few feet away from the lean to is a spectacular view of Naples Valley.

We walked back  down and headed towards the Finger Lakes Trail on the other side of Brink hill.

Brink Hill, Memorial Day 2016, Part 1

Since finding discovering Hi Tor NYS DEC Wildlife Mgmt. Area about a decade ago, I have spent little time exploring Parish Hill. And my focus was contained  to the top along the Finger Lakes trail. So I took the opportunity this  Memorial Day to explore Parish Hill.
We started out at the bottom of Bristol Hill, at the parking area and climbed to the falls.
The area of the falls, about midway up the hill provides for some spectacular views. Interestingly, someone had taken to hanging a flag the bottom of the falls.

On the hike up to the top and the view from the Lean Two area there was a very interested tree that looked like as if it were from the movie the Hobbit or someplace else mystical.

The tree has what appears to be a large bottom lip as the pick below shows.

As often is the case a feature of Mother Earth may be close by, an indication that the tree is benefitting from it; or in hobbitspeak/fairiespeak, protecting it. There was a large stone place over the aspect. To highlight the stone I had my dog, Pepper, stand on it.

We said a prayer and gave thanks and commenced our hike up to the lean two.

We went off trail several times looking for more stone structures and features of Mother Earth. Regrettably we found none.

South Hill The Sacred Mountain

Ancient Native Site with Numerous Mounds and Stone Structures

Friends,

I have just posted my review of South Hill at the southern end of Canandaigua Lake at:
http://www.jubileeinitiative.org/sacredsouthhill.html

South Hill contains numerous stone mounds and other stone structures that were most likely created by the mound builders, Hopewell and Adena. Just about all of the earth chakras on it are covered with stone structures which influence the flow of prana (energy) and charge the atmosphere—the feeling is palpable. The thoughts of the many that have vision quested, done ceremony, performed ritual and prayed there still lingers in the ether. The many energy vortices found by the stone mounds are a testament to this. All of this can enhance your spiritual experience.

I ask that you please contact the NY DEC, information contained within the review, and ask that they please help preserve the many stone structures on South Hill. It would be a pity to see these stone structures pilfered or damaged the way that stone structures on Bare Hill were decades ago. Bare Hill also on Canandaigua Lake is where the Seneca people held their council fires.

The Seneca people believe that they were born at South Hill.

Please visit South Hill and keep it in your prayers.

Peace,
Madis Senner

Labor Day 2010

Since we discovered Clarks Gully-South Hill Labor day weekend 20o7 we make an effort to try and go back every Labor Day weekend. Here are the pictures from Labor Day 2010.

Ledges area can be accessed by parking at the top of South Hill. Follow the herd path through the grass to a pine woods. Keep going. You will shortly come to a steep ridge, the Ledges area is directly below you. Take a left and follow the Rim Trail down. After descending the trail it will flatten out. You will see a trail to your left that goes into a lovely Hemlock woods and stream. Five feet ahead of you will see a herd path to your right. Turn right on this path. If the trail starts rising again you have gone too far. If you continue walking straight there will be a steep decline that will end with a spectacular view at a cliff's edge. Be careful as South Hill is noted for steep inclines with loose stones that rob you of traction and can act like ball bearings to move your feet without your permission.
The herd path to your right back tracks about 20 feet to bring you into the Ledges area. This area contains dozens and dozens of stone mounds, stone structures, large flat stones. A great place to meditate at. Plenty to explore.

Helen is standing next to a stone mound that is on your left as you enter the Ledges area. Nice.

A view of the Welcome circle in the Ledges area looking towards the pond in the background.

Pepper in a mound in the Ledges area.

We carried out a rusted old wheelbarrow on our way out.

Later in the afternoon we drove to the entrance on Wolfanger road and went down the mountain. There are several dozen mounds in this area and the vibe is great.

Keepers of the Mound. Part of the gang is sitting on a mound right off a road heading down hill. Notice Pepper the white dog in the hollowed out area in the center. The mound covers 8 or more earth chakras. We believe that this stone mound may have had a keeper, in fact 4 or 5 of them successively, that watched over and maintained the mound. Spiritual pilgrims would sit on the periphery of the stone mound and in the center. I intuited this, but also my dowsing rods show that there were numerous natural vortices of cosmic prana at the periphery indicating people prayed or did ceremony there.

Helen sitting on a mound that covers 8 earth chakras and an emanator. The emanator exudes positive emotional feelings of peace and happiness. We meditated here for a while and found it delightful.

Pepper sitting on a ceremonial mound that marks the intersection of numerous Ley Lines, or Lines of Consciousness. It is just about a perfect circles. Enlarge the picture to see how the stones are stacked neatly on the right side.

Lucy and Pepper sitting on a stone mound covering earth chakras. Lucy is sitting in what remains of the hollowed center area.

Stone Walls are sometimes made using stones from old Native American sacred sites. Here is a stone wall made from stones stripped from a nearby stone mound. The stone wall was used to cover up a streambed that eventually widens out and deepens. TOO BAD!!!

Lorraine and Lucy are standing at where the stone mound once was that was used to create the stone wall-waterbreak.

Here is another look at the remnants of a stone mound. Notice how the stones are placed vertically in the earth;this could have been the center area.

Pepper and my backpack are in the center area of a stone mound that cover 14 earth chakras.

Orbs, Megalights and Covered Earth Chakras

Here are a few pictures of South Hill that my friend Zac Moore and I took on Tuesday (8/24/10.) Not surprisingly we found several smaller mounds and covered earth chakras at the northern eastern end of (South Hill, Hi Tor) far from the top where the gorge is. I imagine that at one time all of the ridge/hills all the way up to Bare Hill(5-10 miles) may have had their Earth Chakras covered with stones. WE found lots of covered earth chakras, mounds on ley lines, a mini-megalith, a cistern....lots of other things just following a herd (deer) path along side of South Hill.
The energy on South Hill was powerful. Having all the Earth Chakras covered with stones makes all the Earth Prana linger in the air charging you up. It feels like getting Reiki or some other hands on healing technique every minute that you are there.WOW!
Check out the Orb above Lorraine's dog Lucy. She is sitting in the hollowed out area of a stone mound that covers several earth chakras. This stone mound is located in the Ledges area just below the ridge at the top of South Hill. Given that there are dozens of stone mounds, vortices of cosmic prana created from all the vision questing and praying that took place it is not surprising to see an orb. It is a powerful place. Click on the picture to enlarge it.

Here is my dog Pepper sitting in the middle of the hollowed area of a stone mound. The surrounding stone sits on several earth chakras and is blocking the flow of earth prana (http://www.jubileeinitiative.org/pranaflow.html) As I have noted previously I believe that the hollow cneter was created to help form a vortex or for someone to sit in. This stone mound is located in the Ledges area of South Hill just below the ridge walk on top.

Here I am with Pepper squating next to a small megalith. It appears that someone dug a deep hole and planted this large stone upright, similar to what you see in the UK. We could find no divine feature of Mother Earth nearby.

You can see two large stones at Zac's feet that are covering earth chakras.

My dog Pepper is standing above a cistern, or well of sorts. I don't think that this is very old, but who knows.

Here is a picture of Zac next to a smaller stone mound. While the picture does not show it, the stones appear to be forcibly hewn from the ground. This pile was situated on 3 eath chakras and was found at the far northeastern part of the Hi Tor area miles away from the Clarks Gully gorge and the top of South Hill.
